It’s really more FUN in the Philippines and most especially when you are in CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC). CWC is located within the Provincial Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur. It is indeed one of the province's top tourist drawers; this unique water sport park features excellent facilities for wakeboarding, water skiing, and water skating. It also has a six-point cable ski system that's great for any level of water skiers, from beginners to professionals.

Last 2011, CamSur launched a new Slogan : ‘Camsun. Camsand. Camsur’. This is to market CamSur and CWC effectively. According to reports, Tourism arrivals in CamSur reached an incredible 1.9 million. Everyone, it seems, wants a piece of the CamSur mystique and adventure. In fact, in October 2011, Camarines Sur hosted the 22nd Philippine Advertising Congress — outbidding Baguio and Cebu in the process.
But what makes Camsur different?
For me, it’s the great outdoor experience. It’s the resort feel where you can have that kind of experience. Another is the accessibility and cost, you can go here by riding a bus that cost around 600-1200 (depends on the bus type), by car or by plane. I believe the organizers of Ad congress realized that hosting in CamSur was cost-efficient.
CWC is the largest wakeboarding complex in Asia and the destination for adventure seekers and water sport enthusiasts coming from different parts of the globe. In fact, the best wakeboarders labeled it as the best in the world, that is why tourist are pouring in and out of CWC.

The complex also offers a variety of accommodations suited for any traveler, whether on a budget or on a splurge. One of the most talked about accommodation at CWC is the Villa del Ray containers as it was featured in many TV shows as one-of-a-kind accommodation option at least here in the Philippines. The containers are all located just across from the cable lake so it is the most convenient for cable riders. The Green container which sleeps two only costs Php1,200 a night while the Blue and Red containers cost Php2,850 per night and can accommodate up to four persons. The bathroom is spacious with a high-pressure shower. All are with acceptable condition with room 102 as the best among the four. You can't ask for more for a PHP1,200 value accommodation, which includes roundtrip airport transfers.
Aside from water sports, tourists can sit back, relax, and have a great time at the sand bars and spas. Restaurants abound in the area as well as grandstands and function halls that can hold a number of people. For those who would like to sample Bicolano dishes you would not be disappointed as the CWC restaurant serves laing, pinangat and even laing pizza. They have pastas, steaks, sandwiches, pizzas, rice meals, Japanese and Korean dishes available from 7am to 12 midnight. For those who love to swim, they have a big swimming pool besides the clubhouse but it is open between 8-9pm. There is a skateboard and bike park as well.

A scheduled two-way shuttle service is also available for those who would want to visit the town center of Naga. Just inform the reception if availing of this service.
CWC is all worth it whatever it cost us as the services we received from CWC were at a premium as compared to the price we paid. If you are the type of person who loves sports and adventure, then this is the perfect place for you.
